Home Visits. Elite Framers offers you the personal service of a home visit , we believe this service gives you the chance to compare our various colour samples and frame designs to your home decor.  This one to one service helps you to pick the right colours in your own time, and when the frame is chosen we can pick up and deliver the finished artwork to your door, within a radius of 30 miles, from Plymouth.
